These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of icopedia.org and the ICOpedia services. By using our website and services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
ICOpedia is a tender intelligence platform. We aggregate and analyze calls for tenders from international cooperation (such as the World Bank, USAID, AFD, GIZ, AfDB, UNDP and the EU) and African public procurement, from publicly available sources, and we provide search, alerts and AI-assisted tools to help you find and respond to them.
Data accuracy and no warranty
Tender data comes from third-party sources and is provided as is. We work to keep it complete and current, but we cannot guarantee that every opportunity is listed, nor that any listing is accurate, complete or up to date. You remain responsible for verifying the details with the original source before acting. ICOpedia does not guarantee any outcome, including the success of a bid.
Accounts
Some features require an account on app.icopedia.org. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account or use the account of someone else.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not extract, scrape, resell or redistribute our data on a large scale, use the service for unlawful purposes, or attempt to disrupt the platform or gain unauthorized access to it.
Plans and subscriptions
ICOpedia offers free and paid plans. The features and prices of each plan are shown on app.icopedia.org. The terms of paid plans, including billing and cancellation, are presented at the time of subscription.
Intellectual property
The ICOpedia platform, its software, design, brand and mascot (Coco) are the property of ICOpedia. Tender information remains the property of its original public sources. You may use the service for your own professional purposes, without acquiring any ownership of the platform itself.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ICOpedia is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including decisions made or opportunities missed based on the information provided.

Our service links to third-party websites and portals that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their availability.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date shown above indicates the latest version. Continued use of the service after a change means that you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.
